General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the conditions for using the website (hereinafter: Website) operated by Mon Ami Cukrászda, Balogh Noémi sole proprietor (headquarters: 4032 Debrecen, Martonfalvi utca 2. A ép. FS em. 2. ajtó; registration number: 57372466; tax number: 55273866-2-29; e-mail: info@monamicukraszda.hu; phone: +36 (30) 275 0050; hereinafter: Service Provider). By using the Website, the visitor (hereinafter: User) acknowledges and accepts the provisions of these GTC.

The Website contains exclusively informational content about the products, services and their pricing offered by the Service Provider. The prices displayed on the Website do not constitute an offer and are for informational purposes only. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. Current prices applied in the store may differ from those displayed on the Website. Placing orders, concluding contracts or making payments through the Website is not possible.

The Service Provider currently does not provide home delivery. Products displayed on the Website are exclusively available for personal pickup at the Mon Ami Cukrászda store. (4032 Debrecen, Martonfalvi utca 2. A ép. FS em. 2. ajtó)

Payment for products is only possible in person at the store. Customers receive detailed information about accepted payment methods at the store.

Since the products are perishable food items, according to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.), consumers are not entitled to the right of withdrawal. Order cancellation is only possible 2 days before the fulfillment date in person or by phone. After personal purchase and receipt of products, the Service Provider is not obliged to accept complaints due to the nature of the products.

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the information appearing on the Website is accurate and up-to-date, however, assumes no responsibility for their completeness, accuracy and continuous availability. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect or direct damages resulting from the use of the Website.

The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website.

These GTC are governed by the provisions of Hungarian law.
